In addition to her impressive expertise and skill refined over the course of her career, Mary has the area knowledge of a lifelong resident. Born in Los Angeles, she was raised in San Marino, graduated from San Marino High School, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California. After teaching at Lawndale High School for three years, she was inspired by her father, a commercial real estate broker, and earned her own license in 1973.

“Client service is my top priority,” Mary says. “That means attending to details from the moment a property is listed until the close of escrow, and beyond! There’s always a sense of urgency around the sale or purchase of a home; nobody wants to draw the process out. In addition to a stellar office staff to smooth the way and handle marketing, Mary has worked with her husband, a real estate broker, for more than 30 years. She is also a devoted volunteer for the Pasadena Showcase House of Design, a member of USC Trojan Affiliates and Pi Beta Phi Sorority, and an avid USC football fan.
